The YourVoice panel meets regularly and their agenda and minutes can be found below.

Reporting on United Utilities' performance

Every three months, the panel receives and reviews progress reports from the company against its customer promises, and the outcomes for customers that those promises are based on.

The panel understands how important it is for all those who live and work in the North West to be able to see easily how their company is performing. The panel's reflections on the year's performance (PDF 43KB opens in new window) and the summary of the company's performance (PDF 32MB opens in new window) have therefore both received a Plain English mark for clarity
