Governance

We aim to maintain high ethical standards of business conduct and corporate governance – those systems and processes through which our organisation is managed, controlled and held accountable.

We comply fully with the principles and the spirit of the UK Corporate Governance Code and have procedures and policies in place to ensure we act in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We report compliance on these in our annual report and are pleased that during FY2016/17 there have been no breaches of our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and no investigations or enforcement activity against us in respect of these matters.

Our Whistleblowing Policy and a confidential whistleblowing line are available internally and encourage our employees or contractors to raise concerns about any possible wrongdoing on an anonymous basis.
