We comply fully with the principles and the spirit of the UK Corporate Governance Code and have procedures and policies in place to ensure we act in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We report compliance on these in our annual report and are pleased that during FY2022/23 there have been no breaches of our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and no investigations or enforcement activity against us in respect of these and other compliance matters.
To ensure we operate in an ethical and responsible manner we have a series of policies that are communicated to all employees.
Compliance with our codes of conduct is expected and is an integral part of our performance management approach in monthly 121’s and annual reviews. We check in on with our colleagues as part of our annual colleague survey on the values and culture of the organisation. Our published disciplinary policy sets out our approach to address any misconduct.
