Your Pension Administration Team Has Moved to Broadstone (for UUPLC ESPS members only)

As you may be aware, the day-to-day administration of your ESPS pension, previously managed by the Railpen TPA (Third Party Administration) team, has now transferred to Broadstone, a specialist firm in pension scheme administration. This change took effect on 1st July 2025.

What does this mean for you?

  • Your pension continues to be managed in exactly the same way, with no impact on your benefits.
  • The same team who looked after your pension at Railpen has moved to Broadstone, ensuring you receive the same high level of service.
  • You may notice some changes in our communications, including the new Broadstone logo.
  • Our contact email has changed to UnitedUtilities@broadstone.co.uk. Please use this address for all future correspondence.
