Annual General Meeting of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS)

The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the ESPS is scheduled to be held at 1pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026. This AGM is for all members of the ESPS, not just members of the United Utilities PLC Group of the ESPS.

The purpose of the ESPS AGM is to:

  • receive the Scheme Annual Report and Financial Statements 2025/26 and the Auditors' Report
  • receive the report of the Scheme Trustee, and
  • conduct any general business including the consideration of any Resolutions proposed by members.

Members have until Wednesday 21 October 2026 to submit any written resolutions to the Scheme Secretary with a copy to the Company Secretary.

Members are reminded that to exercise their vote on any resolutions, they must attend the meeting which this year will again require prior registration to access the video link. Members are reminded that they can also raise any matters of concern at Group level.
