Annual General Meeting of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS)
The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the ESPS is scheduled to be held at 1pm on Tuesday 18 November 2024. The meeting will be held virtually.

The purpose of the ESPS AGM is to receive the Scheme Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024/25 and the Auditors' Report, receive the report of the Scheme Trustee, and conduct any general business including the consideration of any Resolutions proposed by members. Members have up to 28 days before the AGM to submit a written resolution to the Scheme Secretary with a copy to the Company Secretary. Therefore, this year members will have until Tuesday 21 October 2025 to submit any written resolutions. Written resolutions can be submitted either by email or post (although members may wish to send via both email and post) using the following contact details:

Members are reminded that, in order to exercise their vote on any resolutions, they must attend the meeting which this year will again require prior registration to access the video link. Members are reminded that they also have the opportunity to raise any matters of concern at Group level.
The formal notice of the Scheme AGM including any member resolutions will be available in early November 2025. This AGM is for all members of the ESPS, not just United Utilities PLC Group of the ESPS members. More details are available via the central ESPS website www.espspensions.co.uk.
