We think it’s really important to help you save money on your water bill and to make sure you're receiving value for money for the services you pay for. This year we've achieved our target with 52 per cent of our customers saying we offer good value for money. But there is still more work to do.
Our long term objectives include ensuring bills for you and future customers are fair, and that there's support for those who are struggling to pay.
Between 2015 and 2020 we’re pumping around £6 billion into our water and wastewater network and associated support services, so we can continue to provide great quality water, ensure we keep our sewers in tip top condition and protect and enhance the environment.
