United Utilities announces more partners to support record investment

United Utilities has announced the partners on it Motor Control Centre (MCC) Framework to support delivery of its AMP8 investment programme.

Through the new framework United Utilities has increased the numbers of its MCC supply chain partners to six. Following a competitive tender process, Lloyd Morris, WH Good, RSE, Quantum, Cema and Bridges have been appointed.

MCC panels are critical for the successful operation of major assets in both water and wastewater networks. The framework secures a robust supply chain to provide a range of modularised products and as well as bespoke solutions.

With a focus on improved efficiencies including shorter lead times the MCC partners will play a crucial role in delivering the scale of capital projects being delivered in AMP8 and support business as usual requirements.
