United Utilities encourages partners to support winter resilience campaign

United Utilities is responsible for keeping the taps flowing and toilets flushing for seven million household customers and 200,000 businesses in the North West. As temperatures drop, winter brings additional challenges to our region’s water resources, and sub-zero temperatures can cause water pipes to crack or burst - causing damage to homes and businesses.

We work with partners across the region to support and safeguard customers, before, during, and after an emergency. So, we'd like to ask for their help to share advice with North West residents to help them save water and money this winter, and hopefully mitigate against any unwanted issues.
