Your water, your say
Great water and more for the North West- Your water, your say - open challenge sessions
At United Utilities, we care and take pride in the services we provide to our customers, the communities in which we live and work and to stakeholders, helping the North West become stronger, greener and healthier. As we develop plans for 2025-2030 and beyond, we recognise how important it is for our customers and stakeholders to have their say on the services we provide and our future plans.
The ‘Your water, your say’ online meeting is an opportunity to ask questions about a range of topics directly to our Chief Executive, Louise Beardmore and senior members of her team. Your questions could cover a range of areas including our impact on the environment, the service we provide, keeping bills affordable and any topic that is important to you. The event will be hosted by an Independent Chair, appointed by our regulator Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
We would love it if you can join us for our first ‘Your water, your say’ session. We understand that not everyone has access to the internet/IT facilities and cannot join us online and we welcome people to come together to join from one place. If you are unable to access any facilities but would still like to take part, please let us know when you register, and we’ll be in touch to help you get involved.
