The judging panel commented that Project Blueprint was “a prime example of a cross-functional team that has been able to bring standardisation to complex marketplaces and thereby reduce supply chain risk. The team acted as part of the integrated delivery team to achieve a reduction in cost, carbon emissions and time.”
