Good news, we’ve now repaired the fault and your taps should be flowing again. However, it may take up to two hours for your water pressure to return to normal. You may also experience some discolouration to your water, this is due to the repair work on the pipe and should clear after a short time. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information.
Sorry for the disruption, thanks again for your patience.

The work in your area is still ongoing and we can’t thank you enough for your patience whilst we sort this. We’re making good progress, but it’s a little trickier than we first thought. All customers should have supply but may notice fluctuations. We’ll provide you with an update once we have one from the team onsite. |
Good news, our team have now arrived in your area and they’ll be doing all they can to get your water supply back to normal as quickly as possible.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this is causing, and thank you for your patience.

We have pumps on our pipework that help us to move water around the network in your area, these pumps have stopped working. This could be causing your water pressure to be lower than usual or your supply may go off completely.
As we know what the problem is, our team are already on their way to reset the pumps and this will return supplies to the area.
You may also experience some discolouration to your water, this happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again.
In the meantime, we’ll be keeping an eye on this to make sure your tap water returns to normal again as quickly as possible. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information.
We’re sorry for any disruption this has caused and we’ll let you know as soon as the work is complete.
