Your bill

We think it's a good thing to know exactly what you pay for in life and your water bill is no exception. In this section we've included an explanation of your bill, the services you pay for and the different ways you can pay your bill.

Why not register for our free My Account service and manage your water account online at a time that suits you? As a My Account customer you can also choose to receive your bills electronically rather than by post.

Are you a My Account paperless billing customer? Don't forget to download our handy guide on how to save money on your bills as well as information about the services you pay for. There's a version if you don't have a water meter (PDF 2,416 KB opens in new window) and one if you have a water meter (PDF 1,870 KB opens in new window).

Set up a Direct Debit

Why not set up a Direct Debit so you can spread your water bill payments over the year rather than paying one lump sum? We'll even knock £5 off your annual bill

Waste Water Flooding

Heavy rainfall across the North West may be causing flooding in some parts of the region.

Our teams are out across the North West helping customers who have experienced sewer flooding in their homes.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.

Please be aware that our phone lines are much busier than normal, take a look at our flooding page for further advice on what to do if you’re affected by flooding.
