Please complete our online application form and if we can help reduce your bill while you are waiting for the meter to be fitted, we will write to you and let you know. We will then get back in touch once Government advice changes to book an appointment.
We're really pleased you're applying for a water meter – they’re a great way to lower your water bills. Remember, you have up to two years after the meter has been fitted to switch back if you find you’re not making a saving. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know how you’re getting on every six months so you’ll always know if you’re better off.
