We're really pleased you're applying for a water meter – they’re a great way to save money on your water bills. 

Remember, with our lowest bill guarantee we promise that you won’t be worse off with a meter during your two year trial and you can switch back if you find you’ve not made a saving. You can’t lose with a meter!

Before you apply:

If you’re registered for My Account, you can also log in to your account to apply for a water meter. 

You can also apply by giving our friendly, helpful water meter team a call on 0345 072 6065. When you call we will also let you know how much you could save with a meter – we’ll only recommend a water meter if we think you’ll make a saving compared to your current bill.
