Due to government advice regarding social distancing and to protect both our customers and employees, we’re currently fitting water meters in the footpath in the street rather than installing meters inside your home.
We're really pleased you're applying for a water meter – they’re a great way to lower your water bills. Remember, you have up to two years after the meter has been fitted to switch back if you find you’re not making a saving. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know how you’re getting on every six months so you’ll always know if you’re better off.

You can also apply by giving our friendly, helpful water meter team a call on 0345 072 6065. When you call we will also let you know how much you could save with a meter – we’ll only recommend a water meter if we think you’ll make a saving compared to your current bill.
