If you're not currently a customer of United Utilities, we're here to help you settle in.
So we can get the most accurate bill to you, the best time to let us know is on the day you’re moving. We know you might be a little busy on that day, so within a couple of days of moving in would be great too!
To help us set up your water account, just fill in our moving form.
We’ll ask you for:
- your new address
- the date you moved in
- a meter reading, if your new home has a water meter. Not sure where to find your meter and how to take a reading? Find help with finding and reading your meter here
If possible, it would also help us to know:
- the name and new address of the previous occupier, if you have it
- if you’re renting, the name and address of your landlord or housing association
When you’ve got your new account number, you can register for My Account, it’ll only take you a few minutes and then you can access your account at a time and place that suits you.
