The best time to let us know you are moving is your move in date, however we know you might be a little busy that day, so within a couple of days after would be great too!
You will need:
- your new address
- the date you moved in
- a meter reading, if your new home has a water meter. Not sure where to find your meter and how to take a reading? Find help with finding and reading your meter here
When you’ve got your new account number, you can register for My Account, it’ll only take you a few minutes and then you can access your account at a time and place that suits you.
