Just to let you know we're dealing with a couple of bursts in your area which are still causing issues with supplies.
So that we can keep as many customers on supply as possible we are continuing to re-route water around our pipes and our water tankers are pumping in additional water. This may mean your pressure is lower than normal or you may notice fluctuations during peak times.
Please be assured our team are doing all they can to complete the work as quickly as possible. Due to the location of one of the bursts, we have had to put traffic management in place to safely complete the works. We’re so sorry for any disruption this may cause in the area. Please bear with us whilst we get this sorted.
We’ll keep you updated as we continue to progress with the repairs.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.
We’re sorry if you're still experiencing no water or low pressure. We’ve completed essential work in the area, however we’ve now located a burst which is causing further issues with supplies.
Our team are working as quickly as they can to get this resolved. So that we can keep you on supply whilst we complete the repair, we’ll be re-routing water around our pipes and our water tankers will be pumping in additional water.
This may mean your pressure is lower than normal or you may notice fluctuations during peak times. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.
You may also experience some discolouration to your water, this happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again.
In the meantime, we’ll be keeping an eye on this to make sure your tap water returns to normal again as quickly as possible. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information.
Head back here where we’ll provide you with updates as we get them.
