We’ve found the cause of no water or low pressure to be a burst in your area.
To restore your water supply, we will be re-routing water around our network of pipes. This will keep supplies on for as many customers as possible until the repair is complete.

We're investigating a problem in your area, which may mean you have no water or low water pressure. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we’re working as quickly as we can to get your taps flowing again.
You may also experience some discolouration to your water, this happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again.
