We have pumps on our pipework that help us to move water around the network in your area, these pumps have stopped working. This could be causing your water pressure to be lower than usual or your supply may go off completely.
As we know what the problem is, our team will be onsite as soon as possible to reset the pumps and this will return supplies to the area.
