We would like to thank you for your continued patience. Our water tankers are still in your area, pumping extra water into the pipes to keep supplies on whilst we carry out the repairs on our network.
Most customers should have some supply however this may fluctuate during peak times in the day.
Just to let you know we’ve now located a secondary burst which is still causing some issues with supplies. Our team onsite are working hard to continue with the repairs.

We do still have some work to do and it’s taking a little longer than we hoped, however our team onsite are working as quickly as they can. Our fleet of water tankers will continue pumping extra water into the pipes to keep supplies on whilst we carry out the repair.
