We’re sorry if you’re still experiencing no water or low water pressure right now. A burst has been reported to us on Woodburn Drive and we can confirm this is the cause of the problem. We're on with it and our team will be in the area as soon as possible to get this fixed. Due to the location of the burst, we need to put traffic management in place before we can safely get started.

Our pipes sit underground so sometimes we have to dig down or carry out further investigations to pinpoint the initial source of the leak.
