Good news, we’ve now repaired the burst in your area and your taps should be flowing again. However, it may take up to two hours for your water pressure to return to normal. You may also experience some discolouration to your water, this is due to the repair work on the pipe and should clear after a short time. Repairs to our network can be harder to fix than we first thought, and take longer than we hoped to complete. You may notice our fleet of water tankers in your area, they are pumping extra water into the pipes to help keep taps flowing whilst we carry out repairs to the main.
Most customers should have supply however may notice some fluctuation in pressure especially during peak times of the day. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this is causing, and thanks again for your patience whilst we get this sorted.
