You can choose when to pay - weekly, fortnightly and monthly - and we'll automatically take your payments from your bank account, meaning it's one less thing for you to worry about.
To set up a Direct Debit with us, you will need to register for My Account - our online service which allows you to view your account online. Once registered, you can access your account at any time to pay your bill, give a meter reading, review your statement and update your personal details. You can even choose to receive your bills electronically rather than by post.
