We’re sorry if you’re still experiencing no water or poor pressure today. We have managed to repair the initial burst on Back Lane, however we’ve now located a secondary burst which is still causing some issues with supplies in the area.

Due to the location of the burst on Back Lane, we need to put a road closure in place before we can safely get started. We’re sorry for any disruption this may cause in the area. You may also be experiencing discoloured water. This happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again.
