Our team are making progress with the repairs to the leak on Caldershaw Road and our top priority is getting things back to normal.
Repairs to our network can be harder to fix than we first thought, and take longer than we hoped to complete. All customers should have supply however this may fluctuate during peak times of the day. Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.

Good news, our team have now arrived onsite and they’ll be doing all they can to get your water supply back to normal as soon as we can.
