We’re sorry if you’re experiencing no water or low water pressure right now, our team are tackling a number of bursts on our pipework in the M31 area. We know you may have had interruptions to your supply recently and we’re really sorry about that. We want to assure you, it’s our top priority to get things back to normal and we’re doing all we can to get started with the work.
You may also be experiencing discoloured water. This happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again.
In the meantime we’ll be keeping an eye on this to make sure your tap water returns to normal again as quickly as possible. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information.
