We want to assure you, it’s our top priority to get things back to normal in your area and we’re doing all we can to get started with the repair on Denison Road. Please bear with us, we’ll let you know when we’re on site and have started the repair. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Please continue to follow the advice on our discoloured water page, if you are still experiencing discoloured water.
We’re sorry if you’re experiencing no water or low water pressure right now. A burst has been reported to us on Denison Road and we can confirm this is the cause of the problem. We're on with it and our team will be in the area as soon as possible to get this fixed.
You may also be experiencing discoloured water. This happens when historical sediments that have built up over time in the water pipe have been disturbed causing discolouration to your water. This normally happens when we have carried out a repair or have replaced a section of water main.
We know it doesn’t look nice but don’t worry, it’s unlikely to be harmful and will settle down again with time. You can help by letting your cold water tap run at a slight trickle until your water runs clear again. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information. In the meantime we’ll be keeping an eye on this to make sure your tap water returns to normal again as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing and thank you for your patience.
