We’ve now fixed the fault affecting water supplies in your area. One of our technicians is onsite to refill the water main and get all customers supplies back to normal. This may take a bit of time, as this will need to be done gradually in order to avoid any additional damage occurring on the pipework.
All customers should have supply but may notice fluctuations of pressure whilst this is carried out.
We’ll be keeping a close eye on this to ensure everything returns to normal. Thank you for your patience and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
Just to let you know, all customer’s taps should now be flowing. However, you may still see us out and about in the area as we still have some work to do on the fault in the area. You may also experience some discolouration of your water, this is due to the repair work on the pipe and should clear after a short time. Please take a look at our discoloured water page for more information.
