Just to let you know, we’ve made good progress with the burst main in your area, but we still have some work to do. Due to the complex nature of the work our team have worked through the night, they will now leave site and our day team will attend first job to complete the repairs.
So that we can keep your supply of water on whilst we complete the repair, we’ve put some temporary measures in place. We’ll be providing water to you from a different area and our water tankers will be pumping additional supply into the network. This may mean your water pressure is lower than normal, or you may notice fluctuations during peak times. Find out more about our water tankers here.
Thank you for your continued patience.
We’ll update this page once we’re back onsite and ready to continue with the work.
