Over the next five years, we’re upgrading all business meters in our region to new smart‑enabled meters. These meters provide more frequent readings, helping your Retailer understand your water use in much more detail. They also allow us to spot unusual changes in your water use in real time, helping to identify potential leaks much sooner.
