Related Frequently Asked Questions

Do you empty septic tanks?

Sorry, we don't offer a service to empty privately owned septic tanks.

Am I responsible for my wastewater pipes?

Yes - you are responsible for your internal plumbing (e.g. toilets and sinks), the guttering and drainage on the outside of your home, and the underground pipe which takes all your wastewater away (up to the boundary of your property).

Why are wastewater charges more than water charges?

Wastewater charges include taking away all your used water through our network of sewer pipes, cleaning and returning it to rivers and the sea.
