To apply for a water meter, call our friendly helpful team on 0345 072 6065. We'll confirm a convenient date with you there and then over the phone so you'll know exactly when we will fit your new meter. We'll also give you a good idea how much money you could save compared to your existing bill.

We will phone you within two weeks of receiving your application to arrange a time and date to visit your home to check we can fit the meter.

Yes, you can set up a Direct Debit whether you have a meter or not.
