Building a stronger, greener and healthier Blackburn

Construction of a new Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) within the grounds of St Michael's with St John's Primary School, together with new sewer pipework and manholes within the school grounds and Victoria Street/Charlotte Street area. The existing Victoria Street CSO and associated pipework beneath the school pitch will be diverted and decommissioned once the new infrastructure is operational.
