Building a stronger, greener and healthier Oldham

What will the work involve?

We will be installing new pipework under the road along Sheepfoot Lane and through Oldham Athletic Football Club land. We would need to connect into Plumpton Clough via a new outfall behind Carlton Way, removing the existing outfall which currently joins the brook in a culverted section near Plumpton Close.
