Building a stronger, greener and healthier Wirral

Installing a new underground storm water tank within the land next to the Farmers Arms public house, Wallasey Village.

We are looking to utilise part of Wallasey Village highway as vehicle access during construction and we have worked with Wirral Borough Council to be able to achieve this, whilst upholding two way traffic along Wallasey Village throughout the construction phase. During the build we will need a construction compound nearby to house our welfare facilities and office space during construction. We propose to use the land at the rear of the Lighthouse Public House. This would house our welfare facilities and office space during construction. As with all construction work there may be an increase in noise and vibration at times and an increase of vehicles and equipment being brought to the site. We will do all we can to keep disruption to a minimum throughout the project.

On completion: There will be a new gated access to the site with a grasscrete access track for future maintenance where our new underground tank has been built, with three above ground kiosks.
