We’re always looking at different opportunities to incorporate nature based solutions.  

We’ve installed a reed bed system in land off Park Hall Road, Heskin. This consists of a series of three connected reed beds which act as a natural filtering system and results in cleaner water released back into the watercourse.  

This system brings many benefits and provides a sustainable method to store and treat storm water whilst providing an important habitat for a diverse range of plants and wildlife.
