Treatment Improvements

We are upgrading the treatment process by installing a new lamella settlement unit next to the existing treatment facilities. This will help increase the amount of wastewater the site can treat and improve overall performance. As part of these works, new pipework will be installed to improve the flow of wastewater through the treatment process, and a new concrete base will be built to support the equipment.

Additional Storage Capacity

We are constructing a new above-ground storage tank, approximately 10 metres long and 5 metres wide. The tank will provide an additional 350 cubic metres of storage capacity, helping the site manage higher flows more effectively and supporting the overall performance of the wastewater treatment works.
