We’ve completed several projects in Bury which will help to improve local waterbodies and rivers.

What did the work involve? 

We carried out work to install new enhanced screening onto our existing infrastructure, constructed new assets with control equipment, and installed new connecting pipelines which cross under the East Lancashire railway line. The work will help to provide screening during heavy rain and improvements on the sewer network when overflows might need to operate.
