If you would prefer that we didn’t visit you to take a reading at the moment, that’s not a problem. Please provide your details below so that we can update your account and we won’t visit your home to read your water meter for this billing cycle.

In the unlikely event that our meter reader visits your home before we’ve removed your address, please accept our apologies, you can simply tell us at the door (we’ll always stand two meters away).
