Fluidmaster Pre Qual Questions for Product Trial

Thank you for showing interest in undertaking a product trial of the Easy Fit Ultra Syphon. Ahead of the trial, we just have a few questions to make sure you have the right facilities at home or site to undertake the trial. It may be that your toilet is not compatible and therefore you won’t be able to participate in this trial.

Is there more than one toilet in the home or site?
Does your toilet have a single lever or push button flush mechanism?
Is your push button round/circular?
Is your push button mounted to the top of the toilet cistern?
Where is the push button located on the top of the toilet cistern?
Is your toilet cistern located behind a wall/panelling or furniture? (See Fig. 1 for an example)

Is the toilet cistern connected fully to the toilet bowl, or connected by just a flush pipe?

Where is your toilet cistern located?
What material is your toilet cistern primarily made out of?
Does the current flush activated by your push button, always clear the pan?
