We’re sorry if you’re experiencing no water or low water pressure at the moment. We’ve identified the cause to be a fault on our network and a team are on the way to fix this issue and will have your taps flowing again as soon as possible.

To keep your water flowing while we complete the repair, we’ll be re‑routing water through different parts of our network. Please be assured you’ll still receive the same high‑quality water as normal.

You may therefore notice that your water pressure is a little lower than usual, or that it fluctuates during periods of the day.

If your tap water looks discoloured, don’t worry - this can happen when natural sediments in the pipes are disturbed. You can find helpful advice on our discoloured water page.
