We’re sorry if you have been experiencing no water or low water pressure. A burst has been reported to us on Adelaide Street and we can confirm this is the cause of the disruption.
Our team are now onsite and they’ll be doing everything they can to get your supply back to normal.
In the meantime, we’ve been working to re-route water around our pipes to get as many customers as we can back on supply.
Please be assured you’ll still receive the same high‑quality water as normal.
You may therefore notice that your water pressure is a little lower than usual, or that it fluctuates during periods of the day.
