The income offset allowance is only made when an infrastructure charge is payable.
Do you offer a discount on wastewater infrastructure charges if there is a reduction in surface water flow?
No, you may however be eligible for our Environmental Incentives scheme and receive and incentive payment from us if there is no surface water connection to the existing public sewer.
