Hello and welcome to your new home!

We know that moving house is stressful enough, without worrying about your water supply and that’s why we’re here to help things go as smoothly as possible.

When you’re letting us know about your move, you’ll need to have handy:

Details about your new home

If you’re moving to the North West, you’ll become one of our new customers – if you’re not sure if your new home is in our area, have a look at our map

Please fill in the online form and we’ll write to you with confirmation that your account’s been set up and other handy information. 

Your moving in date

Please let us know the date you are moving as close to you move date as possible but no sooner than 28 days before your move so that we can update your account.

An up to date meter reading (if you’ve got a water meter)

If your new home has a water meter we'll need a reading to be able to send you an accurate bill.
