Hello and welcome to your new home!

We know that moving house is stressful enough, without worrying about your water supply and that’s why we’re here to help things go as smoothly as possible.

If you’re moving into the North West, you’ll become one of our new customers – if you’re not sure if your new home is in our area, have a look at our map

You will need to let us know when you are moving in so we can bill you correctly.

If your new property has a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0345 672 2999

If your new property does not have a water meter, you can let us know you are moving by calling 0345 672 2888

When you’re letting us know about your move, you’ll need to have handy:

  • Your new address
  • Your moving in date
  • A meter reading from your water meter*
  • The name and new address of the previous occupier, if you have it
  • If you are renting, the name and address of your landlord or housing association
