Why are some monitors showing as under maintenance/review?
This occurs if a monitor is under maintenance/review and this can happen because of a number of reasons such as:
- we are carrying proactive maintenance at the location;
- the monitor stops communicating with our systems e.g poor mobile signal or something interfering with the signal;
- the monitor produces what appears to be inaccurate data that we are checking; or
- we identify an issue with the device, for example it may be broken.
We aim to get offline monitors working again as soon as we can. This may take some time if the installation location is difficult to get to, for example, in manholes on busy roads.
