Wastewater pre-development guidance
We are committed to supporting sustainable development in our region and through early discussion we can understand, advise and plan how we can support the requirements of your proposed development.
Our team of Developer Engineers will work with you to agree:
- Site drainage strategy
- Points of connection to the wastewater network
- Discharge rates
To help us provide an accurate and timely response to your proposed drainage plans, please complete our wastewater pre-development enquiry form. This will ensure we have all the relevant information when reviewing your proposals. From 1 April 2013, we will only accept enquiries submitted using this form.
Before you complete the form, please look at the checklist to make sure you have all the required information.
We aim to respond to all pre-development enquiries within 15 working days from receipt of your completed enquiry form.
