Where will my water meter be fitted?

Water meters need to be fitted on your water supply pipe (the pipe that brings water into your home). This normally includes kitchen cupboards, airing cupboards, cellars and the garage, ideally close to your stop tap, which is often located under the kitchen sink. If the meter can't be fitted in any of those places we'll fit it externally, free of charge.

You can find out more about what water meters look like and where we fit them here.

To apply for a water meter, call our team on 0345 072 6065. We'll tell you over the phone how much money we think you could save with a water meter and will confirm a convenient appointment with you there and then.
