Why have I received a text message about updating your app?

We've sent a text to all of our app customers letting them know we are making some important changes to our app which could cause some users to experience issues unless they update the latest version (version 1.1.4). 

Please update our app as soon as you can by clicking the App Store or Google Play logos below.

If you have ‘automatic updates’ switched on for your phone it’s likely the app may have already updated to version 1.1.4 in which case you won’t see an ‘Update’ button when you visit your app store.

If you experience any issues once you’ve upgraded to the new version of our app, please complete our mobile app feedback form.

Impact of Heavy Rainfall

Heavy rainfall across the North West may be causing flooding in some parts of the region.

Our teams are out across the North West helping customers who have experienced sewer flooding in their homes.

If you’re experiencing flooding from a road or footpath and there is no evidence of sewage (toilet paper etc.) please report this to your local council, who are responsible for highways drainage flooding.
