I didn’t receive an activation code. How do I register for the App?

You can webchat with us by clicking on the Live Chat logo on the right of your screen (during working hours) and we’ll check that we’ve got the right mobile number for you – this is the number that’s registered on your water account. If you need to update your number or other details, please contact us. We can then tell you how to get a new code to register for the App.
