I live on my own, what happens if I go into hospital or residential care?

If you live alone and are going to be absent from the property for 3 months or more and are not benefiting from the water supply, we will not charge you from the date you leave the property if this is within the current charging year.  Please call us on the numbers below so we’re aware of this.

Lines are open Monday-Friday, from 8am-8pm, and Saturday from 8am-4pm, excluding bank holidays.
