If you are, or know someone who is, critically ill, our free Priority Services could help you at this time. It is free to register and by doing so, we can give you extra support designed around your individual needs.

The team are here to help in any way they can, whether it's with covering payments while paying for medical treatment, or any physical assistance that you may need when it comes to your water supply.

Priority Services are available to all our eligible customers who live in the North West area - you don't have to be the named bill payer to benefit.
