Direct Debits and other payment plans
Direct Debits allow you to spread the cost of your water bill and what's better, we knock off £5 off your water bill every year for paying this way.
Most customers set up a monthly plan, but you can pay weekly or every 4 weeks too, and pick the date the money comes out of your account.
You need to log into My Account to set up a direct debit. If you need to register, you just need your account number, address and email address to hand.
Making changes once you have set up a Direct Debit
Changing bank details - You can change your Direct Debit details by logging into My Account, and finding 'Amend Direct Debit' on the Overview screen. You then simply click 'Change Bank Details' and follow the instructions.
Changing your direct debit payment date - You can change your Direct Debit date by logging into My Account, and finding 'Amend Direct Debit' on the Overview screen. Then click 'Amend Direct Debit' on the next screen and change the date before confirming the change.

Our payment plans flex around your life, so you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly – whatever suits you. We’ve also made it really easy to make payments whenever you wish using our app, paying on our website or visiting a Payzone outlet or Post Office. Requesting a new payment card - if you need a new payment card, give us a call on 0345672 2999 (if you have a meter) or 0345 672 2888 (no meter).
Payzone outlets - Use the Payzone website to find local stores where you can pay your water bill.
